Who is BiPro?
We’re a privately held, locally owned computer store that’s been in business since 1983. We sell new computers at discount prices, and repair and upgrade older computers. We’ve built or repaired over 30,000 computers to date.

Our return rate is under 1%. If your computer has a problem, we can fix it. When you buy your computer from us, you're buying a computer that was made in the US, and if you have any problems with it, you can call our local number and speak with our knowledgeable and native-English speaking technicians who will be happy to answer any questions you have. Our systems come with a 3 year hardware warranty and use standard off-the-shelf parts. We keep our inventory streamlined - we keep the basics in stock, while most other items are available in 24 hours or less. This means that we get to focus on what serves YOU best, not on selling the products we have stocked up in the back.
Our plan is simple. Keep up with rapidly changing technology, and share the latest information with our customers. We use high-end, name brand components, sell systems at the lowest possible price, and support our sales team with a motivated service department. This formula has earned us a dedicated following from our customers, who are broad-based among Fortune 100 firms, government and school districts, small businesses, and residents. The children of the generation who bought their first computers from us are now returning to buy their own systems.
How can our prices compete with the chain stores?
We keep our costs to a minimum. In the computer industry, improved and more powerful products come out while prices decline on a regular basis. It’s a benefit to be able to sell the newest products so that customers receive the best performance for their money. That’s not possible with a large inventory that must be sold before better, lower-priced products can be brought in. Products sitting on shelves lose money every day. Of course we stock the basics, but thanks to on-line databases with major suppliers, thousands of products are available for next day delivery, and we order daily.

How fast are our repairs?
We work on a first-in, first-out basis. Our average turn-around time is 1-3 days. If your repair is urgent, an expedite basis is available for a 50% premium.
Warranties and diagnosis
Warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship of the hardware. That means if a part fails, it’ll be repaired or replaced. Software and user-caused problems are not covered by warranty. A diagnostic fee of $45 is charged for all non-warranty claims.
